Her background includes top-tier legal environments advising on complex commercial relationships, corporate transactions, investment structures, enterprise SaaS agreements, operational risk matters, cross-functional business initiatives and data governance frameworks across Nordic and international markets. She has worked closely with executive leadership, investors, procurement, product, commercial and operational teams on matters requiring legal precision combined with practical business judgment.
