This privacy policy describes how Lotegen Advisory AB ("Lotegen Advisory", "we", "us") processes personal data collected through this website, in particular via the contact form, and how we use cookies.

We act as the data controller for the personal data described below. Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@lotegen.com.

When you submit the contact form, we process the information you provide:

• Name
• Company (optional)
• Email address
• Mandate area you select
• The message you write
• Technical metadata such as the time of submission and, because of how web forms work, your IP address

The contact form is operated through Formspree, a third-party form service provider. When you submit the form, your submission is transmitted to Formspree, which delivers it to our email inbox. Formspree may store submissions and technical metadata for a period in order to provide the service.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a possible engagement and follow up on related correspondence. We do not use contact form submissions for marketing and we do not sell personal data.

We process contact form data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to enquiries directed to us, and where relevant on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement, and thereafter for a limited period to document the relationship and comply with applicable record-keeping obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within a reasonable period.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except for trusted service providers acting as data processors on our behalf — for example email, hosting and infrastructure providers — and where required by law. Such providers are bound by appropriate data processing terms.

Our current processors in connection with this website include Formspree (contact form delivery) and our website hosting and infrastructure providers, who may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security and operation of the site.

Some of our service providers, including Formspree, are established or process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. Where this is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.

This website is intentionally minimal. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics that profile individual visitors.

We may use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies required for the site to load and function correctly (for example basic session and security tokens). These do not require consent under the ePrivacy rules.

If we introduce optional analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will request your consent through a cookie banner and update this policy accordingly. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@lotegen.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Sweden, the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
